Mondial Relay Domicilie Europe

- Deposit at a Point Relais and home delivery.
- Transit time: estimated 5 working days from the drop-off date, depending on the destination.
- Delivery times: throughout the day.

- Maximum dimensions (cm): length + width + height = 150.
- Extras: possibility of requesting scanned proof of delivery.
Label
Mandatory label. Don’t cover the barcode part with sellotape to ensure the label can be scanned correctly.
Delivery and collection times
- Delivery times: throughout the day, either at the Point Relais or at home, according to the purchased service.
- Home delivery: in the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the parcel may be delivered to the recipient's mailbox or placed at the Point Relais within 8 calendar days.
- Delivery at a Point Relais: if it is impossible to deliver to the selected point, the carrier may deliver the package to the nearest point.
- Collection of the parcel by the addressee at the Point Relais: within 8 calendar days from the date it was stored.
- If the recipient does not collect the parcel at the end of the custody period, it will be automatically returned to the delivery point and stored within 7 days. After this period, the uncollected parcel will be sent to Mondial Relay's Expertise Service. If the customer does not claim the merchandise within one month, Mondial Relay will be free to dispose of the package.
- Drop-off: you can bring the goods to the Point Relais during office hours on the date that suits you best.
- Even if your Point Relais is open on Saturdays, please note that the goods will not begin transit until Monday.
- Keep the number provided by the Point Relais at the drop-off moment.

Transit time
The transit depends on the contracted service; let us remind you of what we currently offer:
- The transit time is calculated from the day after the goods are deposited at the Point Relais.
- Mondial Relay Point Relais: estimated between 3 and 5 working days from the drop-off date, depending on the destination.
- Mondial Relay Domicilie Europe: estimated 5 working days from the drop-off date, depending on the destination.
Important On certain occasions, due to logistical, operational and climatological reasons, as well as others unrelated to Packlink, it isn’t possible to collect or deliver on the estimated day.
Conditions
- It’s the user’s responsibility to track the shipment and provide Packlink with a solution within a maximum of 5 working days from the beginning of the first incident.
- If no one is home, the transportation company will try to leave an attempted delivery note at the recipient’s address whenever possible. Alternatively, the shipment may be dropped off at a specific location.
- The return to place of origin isn’t included in any of the services, whatever the reason for the return may be (absence, incorrect address, rejection, etc.).
- The times are estimated except for the services with guaranteed delivery, so the user will not have the right to a shipment refund in case of a delay arising from the transport.
Proof of delivery
- Digital proof of deliveryat no extra cost. This document can only be requested by the payer of the service.
- Provided that it’s not a certified delivery, a third party, who is not necessarily the recipient of the shipment, may receive it.
Coverage
Standard protection
All services include the coverage stated in point Maximum liability of Packlink, in the Terms and Conditions of the service.
Extra protection
It’s possible to contract extra protection for a maximum value of £1,000.
In any case, the coverage will be effective for all contracted services provided that the transported goods are not among those in the List of Prohibited and non-compensation items, nor does it apply to damage caused by insufficient packaging, in which case, at the time of contracting, the user accepts that they are transported without any extra protection coverage.
Restrictions

- It is prohibited to send articles contrary to labor laws, which by their nature or packaging, may harm Mondial Relay's employees or equipment
- It is not possible to deliver parcels to ships, fairs, shows, exhibitions, hotels, campsites, P.O. boxes, construction or mobile sites.
