How do I add a promo code?

If you are completing a new shipment and you would like to use a promo code, please find below the instructions you need to correctly apply the discount:

1. Go to the Packlink homepage.
2. Fill in all the shipment details: country and postal code (origin/destination), number of packages, weight and measurements.
3. Click Ship now.
4. Select the Service you want to use and click Book Now.
5. Add the Parcel details and your Contact information.
   • In the Available options for your shipments, check the button whether you want to add Extra Protection or not, and click Continue.
6. Add the sender and recipient Address Details, accept the Terms and Conditions of service and click Continue.
7. In Payment details, scroll down to the section Do you have a Promo code? and add the code in the field. Then click Add.
8. Automatically, in the right margin of the page you will see the discount applied in the payment Summary.
9. Select and enter your payment method details: debit/credit card or PayPal.
10. Finally, click Pay.
