TNT Economy Europa

• Land transport service recommended for door-to-door and non-urgent shipments to Europe.
• Requires a printer : Mandatory label.
• Transit: Between 2 to 8 estimated working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• Delivery schedule: Throughout the day.
• Included delivery attempts: 2.
• Maximum weight (kg): 70.
• Maximum dimensions (cm): Maximum height value + circumference, where circumference = (2 x width) + (2 x length) (cm): 390cm.
• Extras: Possibility of requesting digital proof of delivery.

TNT Express Europe

• Door-to-door express air transport service. For your shipments to Europe at the highest speed
• Requires a printer : Mandatory label.
• Transit: Between 1 to 5 estimated working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• Delivery schedule: Throughout the day.
• Included delivery attempts: 2.
• Maximum weight (kg): 70.

TNT Express National

• Recommended for non-urgent door-to-door deliveries in the national territory.
• Requires a printer : Mandatory label.
• Transit: Mainland Spain: deliveries in estimated 24/48 working hours. Balearic Islands 3-5 estimated working days.
• Delivery schedule: Throughout the day.
• Included delivery attempts: 2.
• Maximum weight (kg): 100.
• Maximum height value + circumference, where circumference = (2 x width) + (2 x length) (cm): 800 cm.

  • Can be palletised.
  • Packages over 70 kg must be palletised and both the sender and the recipient must have loading means to perform the service. The transit time for pallets is not guaranteed. It should be borne in mind that not all vehicles in the fleet have a ramp for this type of transport.

TNT Economy International

• International land transport service. Recommended for non-urgent door-to-door shipments.
• Requires a printer : Mandatory label.
• Transit: Between 4 to 12 estimated working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• Delivery schedule: Throughout the day.
• Included delivery attempts: 1-2 according to operations at the destination. If no one is
  home, it can be delivered to a neighbour or a nearby establishment.
• Maximum weight (kg): 70.
• Maximum permitted length (one side): 200 cm.
• Maximum dimensions (cm): Maximum height value + circumference, where circumference = (2 x width) + (2 x length) (cm): 390 cm.
• Extras: Possibility of requesting digital proof of delivery.

TNT Express International

• Air transport service for international shipments. Recommended for door-to-door shipments that need to arrive at the destination as soon as possible.
• Requires a printer : Mandatory label.
• Transit: Between 2 to 6 estimated working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• Delivery schedule: Throughout the day.
• Included delivery attempts: 1-2 according to operations at the destination. If no one is
  home, it can be delivered to a neighbour or a nearby establishment.
• Maximum weight (kg): 30.
• Maximum permitted length (one side): 100 cm.
• Maximum dimensions (cm): Maximum height value + circumference, where circumference = (2 x width) + (2 x length) (cm): 360 cm.

TNT Economy International Import

Label

Labels are divided into two parts:

1. 1. Customer copy - This will be your proof of collection, which must be signed by the driver or have their employee number and date of collection written on it.
   2. Driver copy - This is the part that you have to stick to the package(s). Don’t cover the barcode part with sellotape to ensure the label can be scanned correctly.

In case of multiple parcels in one shipment, the PDF file of the labels will include one for each packet, for example: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 or Package 1 of 3, Package 2 of 3, Package 3 of 3. So, you cannot use the same for all of them.

Important Our system may also generate (depending on the destination country) additional documentation such as authorisation for goods clearance.

Delivery and collection times

• Collection times: are between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. depending on the place of residence. The system will offer you the available options.
• Delivery times: throughout the day.
• During the price inquiry, you’ll see the first available collection date, but this doesn’t mean that you can’t choose a later date.
• The collection service is available from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Remember that, although it may not be a holiday in your locality, if the branch in charge of the collection is not operating because of a holiday in the city / province, the collection will not be able to take place.

Transit time

The transit depends on the contracted service; let us remind you of what we currently offer:

• TNT Economy Europe: estimated between 2 to 8 working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• TNT Express Europe: estimated between 1 to 5 working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• TNT Economy Europe Import: estimated between 2 to 8 working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• TNT Express Europe Import: estimated between 1 to 5 working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• TNT Express National: estimated between 24 to 48 working hours. Balearic Islands estimated 3-5 working days.
• TNT Economy International: estimated between 4 to 12 working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• TNT Express International: estimated between 2 to 6 working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• TNT Economy International Import: estimated between 4 to 12 working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.
• TNT Express International Import: estimated between 2 to 6 working days from the collection date, depending on the destination.

Important On certain occasions, due to logistical, operational and climatological reasons, as well as others unrelated to Packlink, it isn’t possible to collect or deliver on the estimated day.

Conditions

• It’s the user’s responsibility to track the shipment and provide Packlink with a solution within a maximum of 5 working days from the beginning of the first incident.
• If no one is home, the transportation company will try to leave an attempted delivery note at the recipient’s address whenever possible. Alternatively, the shipment may be dropped off at a specific location.
• The return to place of origin isn’t included in any of the services, whatever the reason for the return may be (absence, incorrect address, rejection, etc.).
• The times are estimated except for the services with guaranteed delivery, so the user will not have the right to a shipment refund in case of a delay arising from the transport.

Proof of delivery

• Digital proof of delivery at no extra cost. This document can only be requested by the payer of the service.
• Provided that it’s not a certified delivery, a third party, who is not necessarily the recipient of the shipment, may receive it.

Coverage

Standard protection

All services include the coverage stated in point Maximum liability of Packlink, in the Terms and Conditions of the service.

Extra protection

It’s possible to contract extra protection for a maximum value of £1,000.

In any case, the coverage will be effective for all contracted services provided that the transported goods are not among those in the List of Prohibited and non-compensation items, nor does it apply to damage caused by insufficient packaging, in which case, at the time of contracting, the user accepts that they are transported without any extra protection coverage.
