First of all, bear in mind that discount vouchers or promotional codes can only be used once (1). If you have already used it, you will not be able to benefit from the discount again.

If you are completing a new shipment and the discount does not apply in Summary, please check the following points in the source where you obtained the promo code (email, social networks, external platforms, etc.):
- Expiration date.
- For which type of shipment it can be applied (national, international, or if it's specific to use with a transport company, etc.).
- Make sure it's a promo code and not a code to participate in a draw.
- Ensure that it's a coupon for you and not to be shared with your friends.
If after checking all the above information you cannot apply the promo code, please contact our Customer Support by submitting a request via the support page and choosing the option Question not related to a shipment. When you send your enquiry, please make sure to include the following information:
- Explain the details of the error you are getting.
- Promo code/discount voucher.
- How did you get the coupon? Who gave it to you?
- A screenshot displaying the error.
