Can I send multiple parcels in one shipment?

Yes, it’s possible, provided that you are sending multiple parcels to the same recipient/address.

Please follow these instructions to send several parcels in one single shipment.

1. Access Packlink.
2. In the Send package tab, enter the origin and destination postcodes. By default, the search engine displays: United Kingdom, but you can change it to your preferred country.
3. Then enter the weight in kilos and the dimensions in centimetres of the first parcel (already packed).
4. Subsequently, click Add another parcel.
5. Enter the weight and dimensions of the remaining parcels.
6. Click the Ship now button and the system will show you the available services and prices.

Please note that you must provide both weight and dimension of each parcel, once the items have been packed. Declaring a different weight and/or dimension may cause Additional charges.

Furthermore, make sure to download the labels for all your parcels. Each parcel will have its own label, for example: 1/3, 2/3, 3/3 or Package 1 of 3, Package 2 of 3, Package 3 of 3. So, you cannot use the same for all of them.
