The cash on delivery service becomes effective within 15 days from the day following the delivery of the goods and collection from the recipient, and the money is paid by bank transfer to the account/IBAN that you have indicated during the shipment purchase process.
If you have not received the money, it may be due to the following reasons:
- The payment deadline has not been exceeded.
- The goods have not been delivered to the destination. Check the tracking of your shipment.
- You have not indicated the bank account number where the amount must pay.
- You have entered an incorrect IBAN number.
- You have not labeled the goods (in the case of mandatory label services), so the courier was not informed that the delivery had to be cash on delivery.
If you consider that the cause is not related to the points set out above and you meet all these conditions and you still have not received the money, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team.
