The tracking of your shipment may not be available due to one of the following reasons:
- Your shipment hasn't been collected yet. Please note that you can start tracking your shipment one day after the pick-up day. In your Packlink dashboard you can check if the tracking is available once the shipment has been flagged as In transit.
- Missing labels. Goods cannot be identified, since the label or the address sheet is missing. As you know, labels are mandatory. If you send your parcels without this document, you will not be able to track it.
- International shipments. Some transportation companies operate in other countries through third parties, creating a new international tracking number. For this reason the tracking may not update in real time.
- Transit may be blocked. The tracking is updated on a daily basis, every time a package arrives at a warehouse and is scanned. However, unexpected events may have an impact on the transit time, such as roadworks, extreme weather conditions, vehicle breakdown, transportation strikes or road closures.
If your shipment has been collected, you've attached your labels and after 48 hours the tracking is still not available, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team by submitting a request via the support page and choosing the option Tracking. Our agents will manage the incident with the transport company to offer you a solution.
