How can I follow up my request with customer support?

When you send a request to our Customer Service, you will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received it and, after solving it, another one to confirm that your request or issue has been solved. 

The easiest way to keep track of your request is to register your account on our Support Center. You can access it through the following link: 

https://support.packlink.com/hc/en-en

If you already sent us a request and want to follow the conversation as well as send updates, the process is very simple:

  • Access the Support Center and click on the "Login" button located at the page's top left. 
  • Next, you will arrive at www.packlink.com. If your account is already registered, you will only have to input your account and password. If you are not registered, please click on "Register". 

You will receive an e-mail a confirmation e-mail to activate the account. Follow the instructions and... you're set! You will be able to keep track of your requests with our Customer Service Agents.

Through "My activities" you can visualize all your requests; the ones pending resolution as well as the solved ones. To locate one in particular you can filter them according to the status: Open, Awaiting response or complete.
