If you have booked your parcel with EVRi, for any deliveries where EVRi's messenger has been unable to gain a signature, they can leave the parcel into a safe place and take a photograph with their hand terminal to show the exact location.
If your parcel has been delivered into a safe place the tracking will display the message Secure Delivery Outbuilding and you can request for the picture through the carrier tracking. Also, you can contact the Packlink Customer Service team by submitting a request via the support page and choosing the option Delivery. Once the transport company provides us with the image, our agents will send it to the email address you specified in the request
A parcel can also be pushed into the letterbox. For this reason, we require EVRi messengers to take photos before the parcel is posted through the letterbox. To be compliant, the photo needs to prove that the parcel can be pushed through the letterbox, as it cannot be left on the doorstep.
