Shipments coming to or from PO Boxes (CP / P.O.Box) are not allowed with our standard services as the POD (Proof Of Delivery) must be countersigned by the recipient at the time of delivery.
PO Boxes are located at post offices, where access is free and there is no one in charge of accepting shipments and, therefore, no possibility of having proof of delivery. Deliveries to PO boxes can be a problem for senders because there is no possibility to have proof of delivery. For this reason, express couriers do not carry out this type of delivery with standard services.
If you decide to send or forward a parcel to/from a post office box, it will always travel under your responsibility. The extra protection does not cover any problem that might incur in the shipment in the event of loss, theft and/or damage.
We also inform you that parcels sent to post office boxes, and are therefore not deliverable, will be returned to the sender. Any expenses related to storage and returns will be charged to the sender of the shipment before returning the package.
We also do not accept addresses corresponding to post offices of the United States army and navy (APO and FPO), England British Forces Post Offices (BFPO) and Germans (FEDELPOSTAMT) for security reasons.
