No, it is strictly forbidden to send ADR/LQ dangerous goods via Packlink as they are covered by the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).
If your shipment contains ADR/LQ goods, including any markings, labels or pictograms on the outer packaging, the carrier may refuse to collect or dispatch the package. For this reason, avoid choosing reused containers or boxes with ADR/LQ markings for your shipment.

Packlink will not accept any claim for delays caused by the shipment of dangerous goods or for labelling the outer packaging as ADR/LQ.

These products are included in our prohibited item list and, for safety reasons, they are not allowed to be transported. The international ADR agreement classifies goods according to their chemical and hazardousness characteristics as follows:
- Dangerous materials/objects: explosive or pyrotechnic materials, fireworks, pyrotechnics, firecrackers, gunpowder, flares, etc.
- Gases: pure gas, gas mixtures (compressed, liquefied, dissolved, refrigerated), objects containing or generating aerosols, lighters, cigarette lighters, bottled butane, bottled oxygen, nitrogen, camping gas, fire extinguishers, etc.
- Flammable liquids and solids: liquid or solid materials which are pyrophoric, self-reactive or, due to heat, rubbing, sparks or flame, can burn and explode, spontaneously. Furthermore, after contact with water, these liquids/solids may generate flammable gases. A few examples of flammable liquids/solids are: petrol, alcohol, paints, solvents, adhesive substances, varnishes, matches, tinder, coal, ignition tablets, barium, sodium, cellulose, etc.
- Oxidising substances and organic peroxides: materials containing oxidising, combustible properties, which react by giving off oxygen and may cause combustion of other substances, including objects containing them. They should generally be transported under temperature control: nitrates, hydrogen peroxide with more than 60% oxygen, benzolium, etc.
- Toxic and infectious materials: materials that in small quantities could damage the health of living beings or even cause death by inhalation, ingestion or absorption through the skin: cyanide, pesticides, agricultural products, etc.
- Radioactive materials: materials containing or releasing substances that emit ionising radiation: uranium, plutonium, carbon-14, medical devices emitting nuclear radiation, etc.
- Corrosive materials: materials that, as a consequence of chemical reaction, can damage the surfaces if they come in contact, the skin or mucous membranes: batteries, mercury, ammonia, sulphuric acid, nitric acid, hydrochloric acid, zinc chloride, sodium hypochlorite, etc.
- Miscellaneous dangerous goods/items: it includes all those materials/items whose transportation might be dangerous other than those mentioned above: self-inflating rafts or life-jackets, fabric repair kits, first aid kits, asbestos, etc.
- Dangerous goods packed in limited quantities (LQ): shipments with small quantities of dangerous goods inside that could create a risk while loading, unloading and transporting. For more information, visit this official page.
