When we cancel a shipment, we have to wait for the transportation company’s confirmation to be able to refund you the money. As a general rule, this process doesn’t usually take longer than 72 hours.
Depending on the payment method you use to finalise your order, you will receive the refund as follows:
- If you paid with a debit card, the period is from 3 to 7 days from the moment we reverse the order. This occurs at the moment we confirm the cancellation via email.
- If you paid with a credit card, the period is from 3 to 7 days from the moment we reverse the order, but you may not see it in your account until the settlement date is negotiated with your bank.
- If you have paid with PayPal, you will receive the refund on the same day we confirm the cancellation via email.
If you’ve opened a PayPal dispute, the process will last until the payment platform resolves the dispute. We recommend that you always close the dispute, to process the refund from Packlink. - If you have enabled the direct debit option (deferred payments, every 15 days), you will receive the payment in the next billing cycle.
