Pick up and Delivery

  • Pick up  from 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM
  • Delivery by the end of the day
  • In the price comparison process, you will see the first date available for the pickup, but you could choose another date

 

 

  • Pick up service is available from Monday to Friday (holidays not included). Keep in mind that even if is not festive in your city/province, if it is a holiday in carrier's depot location, your parcel will not be collected.

Transit time

  • Transit time depends on the type of service:
    • Starpack Air: 2-7 workdays (estimated)*
    • Starpack Terrestrial: 3-5 workdays (estimated)*
    • Starpack Europaq:3-5 workdays (estimated)* 

*Depending on the destination. If your shipment requires Customs Clearance, it will be delivered later. 

 

There are punctual moments when for logistical, operational, climatological reasons, among others outside Packlink; It is not possible to collect or deliver on the estimated date

Conditions

  • It is the responsibility of the user to track the shipment and provide a solution to maximum Packlink in 5 working days since the first occurrence occurs.
  • In case of absence, the carrier will try to leave a calling card at the receiver's home whenever possible.
  • Returns are not included in any of the services,  regardless of the reason for the return (absence, incorrect address, refusal, etc.).
  • Except for services with guaranteed delivery, transit times are estimated, so the user will not be entitled to the refund of the shipment in case of delay attributable to the transport.

Insurance coverage

 

Included coverage

 All services include the coverage expressed in point 13.1 Packlink's maximum liability, in the terms and conditions of the service.

Additional coverage

It is possible to hire additional coverage for a maximum value of €2,500.

In any case, the coverage will be effective for all contracted services, if the goods transported are not included in the list of prohibited or restricted items, nor are there any damage caused by insufficient packaging, in which case the User accepts at the time of hiring, that they travel without insurance coverage.
