I've been charged twice, what should I do?

If you detect two charges on your bank account for the same amount, please verify if you have received two confirmation orders in your inbox. 

In case you only wanted to purchase one, please contact us providing the shipment's reference number of the shipment you want to cancel and we will proceed with the reimbursement. 

Otherwise, it is possible that during the purchase the payment gateway experienced some kind of error but the amount was still charged to your account. 

If this happens to you, please contact us and we will gladly help you through the process.
