I was absent when courier arrived to pick up my parcel, what can I do?

If you were absent when the courier arrived at your home, please contact us to schedule your pick up.

The driver cannot go to your home twice on the same day, so your parcel would be collected from the next working day in the same time slot.

If you are not going to be at home in the time slot indicated please let us know and we will check with the driver what can we do, depending on the service and the collection address we might no be able to further reduce the pick time slot.

However if you know that you are not going to be at home we suggest to switch your order from a collection to a drop-off. Opting for a drop-off service guarantees you won't experience a failed collection. Plus, you can drop off your parcel today, rather than having to wait for another collection tomorrow. Please cancel your door to door service and purchase a drop off instead, contact our support team and will cancel the home service for you.
