The label is the document that allows the carrier to identify the parcel, and where all the data regarding the shipment is stored on the barcode. This will allow you to track your shipment from our website. It will be required on services with the "Requires printer" logo.
Every carrier has its own label where there is some essential information such as:
- Shipping barcode
- Shipping number for tracking
- Sender information
- Recipient information
- Information on the weight and size of the shipment
Labels are provided in the confirmation email we have sent you after you purchase a shipment with us and can be downloaded in a PDF format.
If the PDF of the shipping documents to be downloaded does not appear in the post-sale area, a technical problem may have occurred, or the courier system may take longer to process the shipping request and not generate the documentation instantly. In this case, please contact us and we will provide you with the label.
Remember that it is always mandatory to apply the courier label to the shipment.
Remember, if you have booked services with the "label optional" logo, they do not require a pre-printed label and you're welcome to handwrite the delivery address on the box and the driver will bring a barcode label to the collection.
