My parcel has not been collected. What can I do?

Should your package not be picked up, please contact our help centre, via the Reschedule Pick up tool, where an agent will be able to assist you in getting it picked up. 

The carrier will then re-attempt the pickup on a date that is convenient for you. In some instances, you might be able to drop off your package locally. We work with both domestic and international delivery companies and they will able to help your resolve any collection issues you are having.
