What should I do in case of payment error?

If you have not been able to complete the payment during the booking process, this may be because the website has not worked properly (we are not perfect, we know), because you have entered some wrong data of your credit card or because your web browser had an error. 

First of all, you should check your bank transactions to verify if the amount of the shipment has been charged or not.

In case that it has been charged, check the SPAM inbox of your e-mail, and if you have not received any confirmation of the order, contact us attaching the bank voucher (Operation authorization number or PAYPAL transaction) so that we can review and process your shipment.
