We always talk about the estimated time because the claim does not only depend on Packlink but on third parties.
Analyzing and managing documentation with the insurance company is not an easy task. Please be patient if the Insurance Department does not offer you a response in several days, we recommend you to wait for an answer and do not duplicate the claim.
Please be aware that the documents and images that we request, are required by the transport, once they have them in their possession, they carry out their valuation and it is when they communicate it to us and we can resolve the claim.
