My parcel has not been collected. What can I do? 

If your parcel has not yet been collected, you can reschedule your pick up

Why my parcel has not been picked up? 

There are many reasons why the carrier might have not collected your parcel:

  • Driver out of time: the driver has reached their daily driving limit. This can be caused by traffic delays, collections and deliveries with waiting time, etc.
  • Force Major: Police controls, road works or events such as traffic breaks.
  • Booking error: carrier's system has failed and they don't have your collection scheduled

If you want to rebook your pick up please contact us. You should indicate your preferred date to reschedule the collection. Please note that pick up should be requested at least one workday before.
