Can I cancel a shipment after the payment?

Of course! You can cancel a shipment regardless of if it's been paid, however, please make sure that it has NOT been collected by the carrier. 

If you decide to cancel the shipment, please contact us through our Live Chat or our Support Center, detailing both Packlink's reference number and the reason of the cancellation. 

Please keep in mind, cancelling a shipment is not immediate, so if the courier is on the way and you have requested the cancelation there is still a chance it will still arrive to the sender's address. In that case, it is essential to NOT to hand over the parcel; if you do, Packlink will lose any way of tracking it. 


 If the payment was with a debit card, the reimbursement perod is 7-10 days after the order went through. This takes effect once you receive direct confirmation that the order has been cancelled. In case the payment was with a credit card, Packlink will issue the order at the same time but it is possible that it won't be reflected in your account until your card settlement date.

If you paid via Paypal, the reimbursement period is 7 days after the order is issued. If you open a Paypal dispute, the process will be delayed until the payment platform issues a resolution on the dispute. We recommend that, if you opened one, to close it so that we can proceed with the reimbursement.
