I was at home but my parcel has not been collected, what can I do?

If you have been at home during the pickup time and the carrier has not come to pick up your parcel, please contact us to verify what has happened and we will do our best to solve the issue.

We recommend you to confirm your collection address and when you will be available again. 

Once we receive your request, we will work on it to resolve the incidence as soon as possible.
