What happens if my item arrives damaged?

Packages from time to time can be damaged in transit, so this is why it is imperative that you pack them correctly to reduce the risk.

In the unlikely event that your parcel is delivered damaged, you should let the driver know and sign the delivery note with annotation that the parcel is broken.

If you do not sign the delivery note with annotation of a damage, Packlink will not accept any claim for damages.

Once your parcel has been delivered, take photos of the parcel and the packaging (including labels), keep the original packaging, as you have received the package, in order to assess the damage and if compensation is appropriate.
