What happens if my parcel is bigger/heavier than declared?

If your parcel is bigger or weighs more than declared, the carrier may issue an additional charge.

If you have placed an order using incorrect weight or dimensions, we suggest you cancel your current order and place a new one.

If the shipment exceeds the maximum weight or dimensions allowed, it will not be shipped to the destination, and most likely the carrier will require either the sender or the receiver to pick it up from their facilities.

If you do not know the weights and dimensions, weight the parcel yourself on the bathroom scale. Check out a similar listing on Ebay or Amazon (weights and dimensions are often given in the description).

Please be aware that the weight and dimensions entered need to include the packaging.
