The weight/volume error is registered when your package weighs or measures more than what you indicated when finalising your order on Packlink.
In the case of shipments contracted with Zeleris, don't worry, this tracking is predetermined when the package arrives at the warehouse and is scanned.
As you know, when purchasing the order it’s important to enter the most accurate measurements and weight. The information you provide must bea real. If the transportation company finds that the package has a higher volume, or if it weighs more than what you declared, the parcel might be withheld until you pay the difference or until you go to collect it, because it can't be transported.
If your shipment has been collected and after 48 hours the tracking is still not available, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team by submitting a request via the support page and choosing the option Tracking. Our agents will manage the incident with the transport company to offer you a solution.
