How do I change my password?

Updating your password is very fast and easy. You can change your Packlink password, by following these steps:

From your Packlink account

1. Log in to your Packlink account.
2. Click My Packlink, on the top right of your screen.
3. Select Personal data, in the central navigation menu.
4. Click Change password.
5. Enter your Current password.
6. Enter your New password. 
7. For security reasons and to avoid any mistakes, Confirm your new password. 
8. Click Save.

From Packlink homepage

1. Access Packlink login page.
2. Click I forgot my password.
3. Enter your email address, then click Send me a new password..
4. You will receive an email in your inbox. Please check also the Spam folder. 
5. Once you have located the email, follow the instructions to create a new one. 
6. Go back to Packlink login page, and access your Packlink account.
7. Enter your email address and the new password.

All done! You have successfully changed the password to access your account.
