I forgot my password, how can I recover it?

If you’ve tried to access Packlink and you forgot your password, don’t worry, you can easily regain access to our platform. Please follow these steps:

1. Access Packlink login page.
2. Click I forgot my password, just below the Login button.
3. Enter your email address, then click Send me a new password.
4. You will receive an email to the email address provided.
5. Check your inbox and spam folder.
6. Once you have located the email, follow the instructions to create a new one. 
7. Go back to Packlink login page, and access your Packlink account.
8. Enter your email address and the new password.
