The carrier updates the tracking of the shipment each time it is scanned at each scanning point during transit
The tracking status is generally the following:
- In transit
- Out for Delivery
If delays occur during transit, you will see the "Shipment Delayed" status and the delivery will be rescheduled. The carrier will update the status in subsequent phases.
If you have processed an international shipment, it is likely that the transit will receive slower updates compared to national ones.
In case tracking is not updated for more than 48 hours, please send a request to our Customer Support.
