Sometimes your tracking will display the following message: "Error in weight and/or in dimensions".
When your parcel exceeds the weight or the dimensions, it means that the weight and the actual dimensions of the goods are higher than those declared in the booking phase.
In this case, the carrier might block the shipment in the warehouse pending authorisation or instructions from Packlink.
If you encounter a weight and size error, you will need to send a request to our Customer Service team. The agents will advise you on how to proceed in the specific case.
