When you select a service to use for your parcel, you can choose between drop off services and collection services.
🏤 Drop off services: Allows you to drop the parcel at a local shop rather than having to wait for a collection. The parcel will then be collected from the drop-off point by the courier.
🚚 Collections services: Allows you to be at home and have the parcel collected directly from the convenience of your doorstep. The courier will come and collect the parcels at the sender address.
