If your shipment has not been delivered as expected, and you want to request a refund, contact us detailing what happened. Once we receive your request, we will analyse it and offer you an answer as soon as possible.
If the item was either not collected or not delivered in the timeframe provided when you booked the service, this can be related to different reasons. However, please note, time frames given by the carriers are based on working days and they are an estimate.
In case you have booked a guaranteed delivery service and the item was not delivered within the timeframe provided when you booked the service, we will reimburse you as a gesture of goodwill, please contact us indicating the shipment reference number and we will assist you with the refund.
