Once the service has been bought and paid for you cannot modify it. However, just before completing the shipment and choosing the payment method you can edit any data or information on the order summary page.
If after making the payment and receiving the order confirmation you notice an error, you can request to cancel the order and then reorder with the correct details.
Please bear in mind that the cancellation request is not an automatic process. So the management will not be immediate. Once we receive the request, our Customer Service Team will handle the cancellation with the transport company.
Subsequently, our agents will confirm via email the receipt of your request and ensure that the cancellation and refund is processed correctly.
