If you are tracking your shipment and the status Warehoused is displayed, it means that your parcel is in the transportation company’s branch or warehouse.
The reason why this status is displayed may be due to:
- Incorrect information when finalising the order on Packlink.
- Absence of the recipient.
- Damaged goods.
- Insufficient packaging.
- Waiting to be delivered.
If the delivery time has expired and tracking says that your shipment is warehoused, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team. To do this, go to the support page, select the Contact Support option and then choose the Delivery category. Our agents will manage the incident with the transport company to offer you a solution.
