Once you book a shipment service, it is not possible to modify the collection time. Once a carrier company receives the collection request, they organise their pickup route according to the number of collections in that area, therefore, it will not be possible to make changes.
If you need to make any changes regarding the collection time, you can contact us and we will pass it to the carrier.
Also is not possible to restrict the collection window and choose a precise collection time.
