The first reason why your tracking is not available is that your parcel has not been collected yet. In that case, do not worry because it is normal that your parcel status does not appear in Packlink.
As you know labels are mandatory for most of the services, so if you did not print and paste the shipping label on the box, you could not track your parcel.
