If you were absent when the courier arrived at your home, please contact us to re-schedule your collection.
The driver cannot go to your home twice on the same day, so your parcel would be collected on the next working day in the same time slot.
If you are not going to be at home in the time slot indicated, please let us know and we will check with the driver what can we do, depending on the service and the collection address, we might not be able to restrict the pick-up time slot.
However, if you know that you are not going to be at home, we suggest to switch your order from a collection to a drop-off. Opting for a drop-off service, guarantees you won't experience a failed collection. Plus, you can drop off your parcel today, rather than having to wait for another collection tomorrow. Please cancel your door-to-door service and purchase a drop-off delivery instead, contact our support team and will cancel the home collection for you.
