The status Generating labels can arise due to various issues when you finalise the shipment purchase process. In most cases, it's caused by maintenance work on the carrier's system and/or technical errors by the use of unconventional characters.
- To minimize the risk of error, avoid using special characters when entering your shipment details, for example: &, à, ª, º, ä, ë, ø, etc.
- Do not use letters from other alphabets such as Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Greek, etc.
If after 10-15 minutes you have not received the PDF document with the label via email or you cannot download it from your post-sales page, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team. To do this, go to the support page, select the Contact Support option and then choose the Labels category. Our agents will send it to the email address you provided when you purchased the service.
