The status Generating labels can arise due to various issues when you finalise the shipment purchase process. In most cases, it's caused by maintenance work on the carrier's system and/or technical errors by the use of unconventional characters.
- To minimize the risk of error, avoid using special characters when entering your shipment details, for example: &, à, ª, º, ä, ë, ø, etc.
- Do not use letters from other alphabets such as Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Greek, etc.
If after 10-15 minutes you have not received the PDF document with the label via email or you cannot download it from your post-sales page, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team by sending a request through the support page and choosing the option Labels. Our agents will send it to the email address you provided during the purchase process.
