Most of the times, refreshing the page will fix this issue and the shipping documents will be available for download. To reduce the cases of errors, please avoid using accents and/or unconventional characters in the address of the sender or destination (such as, à, ª, º, ä, etc).
Furthermore, as the shipping platform automatically imports the buyer's shipping details, we encourage you to always check all the information and make the necessary changes before finalising the order.
