Packlink Priority is the service that we offer to those customers who need:
- Preferential management of their queries.
- Fast complaint handling.
This means that in the event of service saturation, queries sent through the support page by those users who have purchased the Packlink Priority service, will be handled with preference (before 90 minutes) within the Customer Service working hours (Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.).
- The Packlink Priority service only prioritises the handling of queries. It does not anticipate the collection or delivery of the goods.
- All queries related to the shipment, must always be sent using the email address with which the service was purchased.
