If the scheduled time of collection has passed and the courier has still not arrived, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team by submitting a request via the support page and choosing the option Pickup. Our agents will manage the incident with the transport company to offer you a solution.
Furthermore, please add any additional information that might be useful for the collection.
Tips
Before requesting a new Pick up, make sure you didn’t select the drop-off option during the purchasing flow. In this case, the carrier will not collect your parcel from home, but you will have to take it to a Drop off point.
