If the scheduled time of collection has passed and the courier has still not arrived, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team. To do this, go to the support page, select the Contact Support option and then choose the Pickup category. Our agents will manage the incident with the transport company to offer you a solution.
Furthermore, please add any additional information that might be useful for the collection.
Tips
Before requesting a new pickup, make sure you didn’t select the drop-off carrier's office, ParcelShop, or locker option during the purchasing flow. In this case, the carrier will not collect your parcel from home, and you will have to take it to a drop-off point.
