Why has my parcel not been picked up?
There are many reasons why the carrier company might have not collected your parcel:
- Insufficient time: the driver has reached their daily driving limit. This can be caused by traffic delays, collections and deliveries with waiting time, etc.
- Traffic Management: Police controls, road works or events such as traffic breaks.
- Booking error: carrier's system has failed and they don't have your collection scheduled
If you want to rebook your pickup, please contact us. You should indicate your preferred date to reschedule the collection. Please note, a pickup should be requested at least one workday before.
