The weight/volume error is recorded in the tracking system when your parcel weighs or measures more than you have indicated when hired the service.
As you know it is very important that during the hiring to indicate the measure and weight of your parcel as real as possible.
If the carrier detects that the parcel is bulkier or weighs more than indicated, it will be retained till you pay for the difference or until you go to pick it up at their depot because it is not possible to send it to the destination (because of weight/volume reason)
In the case of shipments hired with Zeleris, do not worry. Weight/volume error is a predetermined tracking status when the parcel arrives at the Zeleris depot where they measure and weight with an automatic system. If there are not any changes in tracking for several days, do not hesitate to contact us to solve it.
