The status Pending arrival means that the goods have not arrived at the destination branch responsible for the delivery.
This tracking usually appears when the shipment is delayed or has been held at the origin branch or transit point, because of some incident.
In the case of shipments contracted with Keavo 48/72 hours service, this status is normal after the collection day, because the goods are not scheduled to arrive at the destination for delivery.
If the delivery time has expired and tracking says that your shipment hasn't been delivered yet, please contact the Packlink Customer Service team.
