Yes, during the purchasing flow the system will show you the available slots, according to the service you chose and the collection address.
Time frames are agreed with the carriers, but we cannot reduce them or request an exact time for the pick up service. The driver will do everything possible to get there within the estimated time frame.
Tip
- Make sure the recipient is at home for the pick up, that goods are packed according to our guidelines and that the label or address sheet is correctly attached to the parcel (according to purchased service).
