If you will not be available on the collection day and would like to modify it, please contact our Customer Support by sending a request through the Collection form on our Help Center indicating the date that suits you best.
Our agents will get in touch with you as soon as possible via email to confirm if it is possible to make the change.
The pick up must request at least 24 hours. Please note this so that your collection request can take place.
If the request is less than 24 hours, we recommend you cancel the shipment and book a new one with the correct pick-up date. So you will avoid possible delays or inconveniences in the transport process.
Remember that collections or deliveries are not available on weekends or holidays. Therefore, no modification will be possible in this case.
