Once you have finalised your order on Packlink, a new page with the following message will be displayed: "your label is being processed, you'll receive an e-mail when the label is ready". This means that the label is being processed and you will shortly be able to download the label.
Sometimes delays may occur during the data transmission from our platform to the carrier system. When the creation status of the label remains unchanged for more than 3 minutes, a "Carrier Error" message will show up, and you will have to to reload the page using the F5 key. Usually, by refreshing the page, the shipping documents can be downloaded from the email.
When the order has been correctly confirmed, the status is updated to "Ready to be shipped" and you can download the shipping documents in .pdf format by clicking Print the label.
