If you have received a notification (SMS, email, etc.) from the carrier that your shipment is ready for the delivery, but nobody is at home, don't worry. You can contact the Packlink Customer Service team by submitting a request via the support page and choosing the option Delivery, you only need to indicate when you will be at home to receive the parcel.
One of our agents will reply to your enquiry as soon as possible, to arrange the new delivery and confirm the new date with you.
Delivery with Correos Express
Have you been informed by Correos Express via SMS or email that you’re going to receive a shipment and you can’t be there to send it? Don’t worry, you can respond to the SMS/email asking for the shipment to be delivered at the closest Correos office.
When the goods are available at the selected office, Correos will send you an SMS to confirm that the shipment is ready for collection. If your shipment includes several packages, you’ll receive an SMS for each package sent. It's very important that you provide a phone number for this!
If you are unable to collect it at that time, there’s no problem, as the shipment will remain in the warehouse for up to 15 days. Please note that to collect your parcel, an ID card will be requested.
